I recently bought a mountain bike from halfords (today) and am not happy with it at all. Posted this on another category but it was suggested i post on this category can anyone help with a carrera crosscity e bike x2 purchased from halfords in aug 2017 the batteries were stored as per the owners manual and last week decided to charge the batteries with the charger showing as green that told us the batteries were fully charged. The thing is langers, halfords put sale's on bikes quite often, but they hardly tend on bikes at the high end of the price, like the one your looking for
If it helps, i think i remember one of there staff telling me that all of there offers/sales changed last week, so by the time the next promotion comes up, it'll be a good month or so.

He collected the bike on the 15th of september from the build dept My 10 month old bike from halfords needs repair for 3 parts The boardman owners manual i had with the bike says all component guaranteed for 1 year. Halfords have got 50% off on some of their raleigh bikes.plus i heard they were giving away an extra 10% off all online orders but i don't know if this is still on!!
Reason for the post is im looking for people who have had same issue with bikes/halfords and my rights
From what i can see the bike is clearly not fit for purpose Its a 21 gear bike which they dont work and thebike is risky to use.
