Ring spotlight cam + solar not working, reporting 208% phantom battery I'm having the same problem I have had a spotlight cam + solar panel up for a while (i think installed it last spring)

I found that there are 2 small spring loaded pins inside the unit that make contact with 2 screw terminal posts on the back casing

However, i noticed only one of the pins was extended.
